Just a quick note... Christian told me that his last sale copies of HOW2TXTHER were out the door around 1pm today. You guys are killing it when it comes to stepping up, and going for what you want. I salute you. Just one little issue: His developers had set up the page to “shut down” once he hit the sale limit… which led to an avalanche of emails to his Customer Happiness team… “hey, I can’t buy how2txther, why not?!?!?” Look – I gave you LOTS of notice that they were gonna sell out. But based on the sheer volume of emails that they received, seeing the “page unavailable” was a disaster for a lot of you. So here’s the deal: he’s reopened the sale, and we’re keeping the cart open until midnight tonight.
