Fight back against cognitive decline

Where are my glasses?

Where are my damn keys?

Why do I keep forgetting all this stuff?

I was on the Burn Fat Feast podcast with Sarah Thomas back in December of 2022, and I was talking to her about how I experienced a period of cognitive decline for years after battling long-haul covid.

That took me a while to recover, but I'm better than ever now.

Cognitive decline is a term used to describe a decline in mental abilities such as memory, thinking, and judgment. It can be a frustrating and sometimes frightening experience for those affected by it, as it can lead to everyday complaints such as forgetfulness, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty completing tasks that were once easy.

For many people, cognitive decline can significantly impact their daily lives. We may struggle to remember important details, like appointments or medication schedules. We may find it hard to follow conversations or follow through on tasks. We may feel frustrated and overwhelmed and may even experience sadness or depression.

But why does this happen? What causes cognitive decline? While many factors can contribute to it. Some known factors are aging, medical conditions, chronic stress, and lack of sleep.

But the ones I'd like to talk about today are the deficiency of certain nutrients, such as vitamin B12 or folate, and a lack of healthy blood flow to the brain. When nutrient-filled blood flow is compromised, it can lead to a decline in cognitive abilities and increase the risk of conditions such as dementia and Alzheimer's.

So how can we support healthy blood flow and promote optimal cognitive function?

There are several things we can do.

First and foremost, it's essential to follow a healthy lifestyle. This includes regular exercise, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and managing stress.

There is some evidence that improving blood flow by maintaining healthy nitric oxide levels may benefit cognitive function. For example, several studies have found that people with cardiovascular disease, which is often associated with reduced blood flow, may be at increased risk of cognitive decline and dementia. In animal studies, increasing blood flow to the brain has been found to improve cognitive function and protect against age-related mental degeneration.

Similarly, some studies have suggested that increasing nitric oxide levels may have cognitive benefits. Nitric oxide is involved in several processes essential for cognitive function, including regulating blood flow and nutrient and oxygen delivery to the brain.

A healthy diet containing the foods below can help support healthy nitric oxide levels.

Leafy green vegetables, such as spinach and broccoli, are rich in nitrates, which the body converts into nitric oxide.

Beets and garlic are also good sources of nitrates and compounds that the body converts into nitric oxide.

Nuts and seeds, such as walnuts and flaxseeds, are rich in alpha-linolenic acid, an essential fatty acid that the body converts into nitric oxide.

Citrus fruits, such as oranges and grapefruits, are rich in vitamin C, which may help the body produce more nitric oxide.

And pomegranates contain antioxidants and polyphenols that may help the body produce more nitric oxide.

Another option is to consider supplements that may help support blood flow. One such supplement is nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a chemical produced by the body that plays a crucial role in regulating blood flow and pressure. It has been shown to have protective effects on the brain and may help improve cognitive function.

FEED YOUR BODY AND MIND

We developed our FLOW Nitric Oxide supplement for this reason. To help people achieve healthy blood flow levels from supplements that were made in the U.S.A and made from organic fruits and vegetables.

We chose only the best ingredients and sources to recommend our supplements with confidence and pride. That means choosing which components have results backed by science and are non-toxic and safe for general consumption.

The same with our DESIRE Trio Libido supplements. It has all the essentials with B-complex featuring B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, Methylcobalamin, TMG, and Vitamins A, C, D3, E, K1, and K2, plus Iodine, Iron, Boron, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdenum, Selenium, and Zinc.

It's a beefed-up version of a multivitamin because it also contains a superfood that helps your body produce more libido and desire.

We chose three of the most effective and safe botanicals after tremendous research and interviewing as many doctors and researchers as possible. We even flew to different countries to speak with these experts ourselves.

These botanicals are Fenugreek, Tribulus Terrestris, and Tongkat Ali. They're similar to libido, desire, sensual performance, and hormone function.

Tracking how you feel is a beautiful way to determine how your body reacts to these libido botanicals. However, following them through hormone panels is the most accurate.

Take care of your mind and body. Feed it with the proper nutrients that promote normal healthy function so you can do whatever you want.

Chase after your dreams. Enjoy each second of every day. Live in love.

You deserve it.

To A Healthier You,
Suz
