Have you ever wanted a new year to happen as badly as 2021? As your thoughts naturally turn towards the life you will create in the coming year, I encourage you to consider actively scheduling intimate times with yourself and, if you are lucky enough to have one, with your partner as well. Frequent intimate pleasure will reboot your nervous system, flood you with feel-good hormones and neurotransmitters, and flex your vascular system for heart health and cognitive function. Just like scheduling exercise, putting time on the calendar in advance increases the frequency of your intimate moments, especially when you follow the moon. The famous relationship guru and personal friend of mine, John Gray, author of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus, taught me an ingenious way to plan for intimacy. WAX ON WAX OFF This technique is based on a woman's natural hormone cycles that flow with the moon's waxing and waning. Get out your calendar now and jot down some times to plan dates and have dates for intimacy. No matter if it's a solo pleasure, partnered pleasure, or both. Follow this "5-Day Intimacy Window Technique" when a woman is most likely to experience the most sexual pleasure and satisfaction. The 5-Day Intimacy Window is when we women are most sexually ravenous. So if you are a woman who wants to make sure you leverage your peak sensual and intimate potential… Or you're a guy who wants to be ready during your woman's prime time for heightened desire… The five days when she's ovulating are the sweet spot. Every woman's desire runs in cycles, even after menopause, just follow the moon. Here's how you figure out a woman's 5-Day Intimacy Window. Count 9 days off after the start of her period. Those next five days are her most lusty. If she doesn't have a period anymore, or you're not sure WHEN she has her period, use the Fertile Full Moon as your guide. Target the five days around the full moon to have some bedroom connection time. Make a date in advance of the day in this five-day window you are targeting. For example, if her five-day window starts on a Monday, plan the date with her for Friday. Let's say her period starts on the 1st of the month and lasts about five days. Day six, seven, and eight are good days to make a date with her. Then day nine is the beginning of her horny window, and it lasts through day 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. Tease her with anticipation instead of just springing a date on her. That way, she will have time to get turned on and excited, preen a little, and "be ready" for your surprise. Even scheduling a couple of dates in that window stimulates her hormones further while giving her time to get fully turned on and experience incredible pleasure. Remember, when a woman is ovulating — that's her sweet spot — typically around the fertile, full moon, she's most open to sensual pleasure. Ladies, this is when you're more receptive to a sensual invitation and steamy experiences. In other words, you'll be in the mood for love and lovemaking. Get these full moon dates on your calendar and work back from them to ask for and plan your dates. Doing this will result in overall more intimacy above and beyond the actual full moon dates.
